Our traditional nougat has its roots in the historic recipe of Giarratana, in the province of Ragusa, where, in the mid-19th century, a Sicilian family began making this sweet following a Spanish recipe. Even today, after four generations, the recipe remains unchanged, using the highest quality ingredients: orange honey, Sicilian almonds, organic sugar, Modica egg whites and potato starch wafer. A soft, flavorful nougat that celebrates the authenticity of Sicilian tradition.
