Introduction
Legislative Decree No. 82 of May 27, 2022, transposed Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 17, 2019, on accessibility requirements for products and services.
Guidelines on the Accessibility of Services, in accordance with Article 21 of Legislative Decree No. 82/2022, Version 1.0, dated March 4, 2026.
The decree was published in the Official Gazette (General Series No. 152 of July 1, 2022) and entered into force on July 16, 2022, but its provisions are effective as of June 28, 2025.

The website https://caffemoak.com/ is partially compliant with the requirements of Annex A of UNI EN 301549:2018 (WCAG 2.1) due to the instances of non-compliance and/or exceptions listed below. Caffè Moak Spa is working with its suppliers to conduct an analysis aimed at implementing the necessary changes to make the websites in question accessible and compliant with the standard.
Inaccessible content
The following content is not accessible because it is not compatible with the underlying harmonized standard EN 301 549:
- The contrast between the text and the background is too low on some pages. | WCAG: 1.4.3
- There are unlabeled form fields on individual pages. It is difficult to navigate to the form fields using screen readers. | WCAG: 4.1.2
- There are 'iframe' elements whose labels have already been assigned on individual pages. If the elements cannot be clearly identified, screen reader users might confuse them. | WCAG: 4.1.2
- There are invalid values for the "aria" attribute on almost all pages. They are not recognized by screen readers and therefore are not displayed correctly. | WCAG: 4.1.2

Caffè Moak Spa is conducting an analysis with its suppliers to make the necessary changes to ensure that the websites in question are accessible and compliant with regulations. Caffè Moak Spa, with the goal of progressively improving the experience of its online customers, has also proactively implemented the Eye-Able SaaS software from Web Inclusion GmbH.
This feature allows users to conduct audits to scan individual pages of the website for digital barriers, providing compatible support that explains the error and suggests alternative code to correct it, as well as other tools that enable website users to access key features that can improve their browsing experience. The company is committed to developing past and future code updates in accordance with the WCAG 2.2 guidelines.
