Caffè Moak was born in Modica, a city symbolic of the chocolate tradition. During Arab rule, Modica was called Mohac, and founder Giovanni Spadola chose to pay homage to his hometown by naming his company after his homeland. We also wanted to pay homage to Modica with our chocolate. Modica IGP chocolate with 65 percent cocoa is an explosion of pure and intense flavor.
